SCHEDULE: Primarily weekdays, 8:00am-5:00pm. Flexible schedule including nights and occasional weekends required. Some travel may be required.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
  • Nurture existing relationships with students to create active progression through the admissions funnel.
  • Partner with students and families through the joy and complexity of the college admissions experience.
  • Elevate admitted student commitment through high-yield conversion strategies.
  • Mitigate deposit melt and prepare students for college success.
  • Create a seamless transition from student recruiter to student admissions counselor using a strategic approach to leverage engagement history and communication data to move students from lead to application.
    • Affirm the student's interest through meaningful and personalized connections by utilizing information gathered during the student recruitment process.
    • Once interest is confirmed, reinforce the student's decision by highlighting the benefits of joining the LeTourneau community and the Christian Polytechnic University.
    • Provide clear and actionable next steps to guide prospective students toward application.
  • Engage with applicants and connect their college aspirations to the opportunities offered at Ó£ÌÒÖ±²¥ with the goal of moving them from application to acceptance.
    • Focus engagement progression on deepening the applicant's connection to LeTourneau through tailored and highly intentional interactions.
    • Proactively and efficiently identify and resolve any roadblocks that may delay application completion.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive and supportive process that fosters student connection to the university and celebrates their decision to become part of the LeTourneau community.
  • Guide admitted students toward making their enrollment deposit by affirming the university's value proposition, developing personalized affordability pathways, and fostering campus engagement.
    • Reinforce the value of a LeTourneau education through targeted return on investment communication.
    • Ensure students feel financially confident in their decision by developing a personalized affordability pathway.
    • Extend campus engagement opportunities to admitted students to further solidify their connection to the university.
  • Create progression from deposited to enrolled by celebrating the student’s decision through community connections and success preparation.
    • Celebrate students as they officially join the LeTourneau family through personalized messages, emphasizing their achievement and welcoming them into the LeTourneau community.
    • Build a sense of belonging through personal connections. o Ensure students are well-prepared for their college experience through a series of orientation events and readiness initiatives.

SALARY: Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and other qualifications. Ó£ÌÒÖ±²¥ provides a significant benefit package, which includes medical and life insurance and contribution to a retirement program.
